The cookware is made of a high quality ceramic material. Its performance is good whether you are cooking on the gas stove, hotplate, or in an oven. Safe oven use up to 450°F (232°C). Food particles do not stick in it. A very small quantity of oil and butter is required. It makes the food saucy and digestable healthy.
Cleaning

I have personally experienced a comparison between the frying pans of these two brands. It will make easier to understand the differences among the cookware of these leading brands. Let’s us have a look.
Weight Comparison
I have weighed both the pans and here are the results, The Caraway pan weighs in at 2 pounds, 13.5 ounces while The Member’s Mark is a bit lighter at 2 pounds, 2.375 ounces. Anyhow the difference is in ounces but personally, I found the member’s mark cookware easy to hold.
Heating Up The Cookware
For consistency check in the heat, I heated up both the pans and found both pans giving the following results. After heating the pans, I have recorded the Member’s Mark hitting 114°F, while the Caraway is just ahead at 116°F Using my laser thermometer. After a few moments later, both pans reach 250°F.
Cooking Comparison
I heated both the pans with a table spoon of butter to each and cracked an egg into both. As I cooked, I noticed the Member’s Mark drops to 150°F, while the Caraway maintained the temperature slightly better. Both eggs had been flipped, and they were moving nicely in the pans. Both eggs came easily in the plate, showing that neither pan sticks.
Brighter Cleaning Comparison

Both the the cookwares are comparable in quality. Anyhow Member’s Mark cookware sets are a better choice for budget-conscious families. In my pans heating experience, I found caraway pans work great on electric stoves which tend to pulse on and off on their own.
While member’s mark cookware requires heat to be adjustable so it is best to use on the gas stove. Both the pans can be hand washed on the first attempt with an easy water rinse. Member’s Mark cookware offers a safer use of the dishwasher while Caraway is not recommended for dishwasher use.
